Listen to your body and modify if needed! PRE/POSTNATAL friendly: except, there is a moment in this class where we're lying prone (on our front side) so if you're expecting, just find yourself in tabletop position doing cat/cow for extension and flexion of the spine or push-ups.
Enjoy this class by itself, in addition to another KJP On Demand class and/or another form of movement that you enjoy.
