I like to keep it real & simple in my On Demand classes. Members have access to over 100 Mat Pilates classes that range anywhere from 5-25 minutes long with a focus on using your own body weight (no equipment required).
I teach with a strong focus on the breath&body integration and how that helps us to not only sustain a strong center, but to stay in the present moment.
